amazing stay at legendary hotel
efficient parking comfortable chairs attentive service really good facilities
i am really grateful for my stay. the hotel had valet parking which was very efficient. the room had a seating area with comfortable chairs. i also enjoyed access to the private beach with attentive service. the hotel gave really good spa facilities including a sauna and steam room.
the bathroom had slightly slow draining in the shower, but it wasn't a big issue.

the breakfast buffet provided varied options including pastries, fruit, and hot dishes. the hotel offers several restaurants. i was pleased with the high-quality food. the service was always attentive.

the concierge assisted us in securing reservations for local restaurants. the staff was always available. they provided prompt assistance. housekeeping was diligent. it ensured a clean and well-kept room throughout our stay.

noisy air conditioning excessive minibar
My stay had some issues. The air conditioning made strange noises and kept me awake. the minibar prices seemed excessive! I mean really.

Not quite the LUXURY experience expected
The location was good, close to many attractions.
I was VERY disappointed. The air conditioning did not work properly and I could not adjust the temperature myself, so I had to call reception multiple times. The room felt stuffy and uncomfortable, disrupting my sleep EVERY night.

missing towels leaky bathtub
The room was clean and renewed. The bathroom seemed comfortable, which i appreciated.
The arrival was quite bad. My food order was forgotten, and i had to wait much longer than expected. there weren't enough towels provided in the room. plus, the bathtub leaked, so i constantly dealt with spilled water on the floor. it became annoying.

professional staff cute staff great space direct air conditioning cold water hot water
The staff was professional and cute. The beach club provided a great space while waiting for the room. Hot showers and clean towels were accessible after travel.
The air conditioning blew directly onto the bed. This resulted in a cold. There was no instruction for the shower taps, and I experienced hot and cold water sprays. The towel warmer was not usable.
